<div>Quantification of <i>Leishmania</i> kDNA by real-time PCR assay (qPCR). Parasite load in ear edges skin of dogs naturally infected with <i>Leishmania (L.) infantum</i> was assessed in asymptomatic (As), oligosymptomatic (Os), polysymptomatic (Ps) dogs.
