Flavonoids in A. conyzoides obviously reduced the intracellular ROS level in HeLa cells. Intracellular ROS levels in HeLa cells upon the administration of increasing doses of flavonoids (50, 100, 200, 300, and 400 μg/mL) were detected using a flow cytometer.
