Long Noncoding RNASBF2-AS1 Promotes Gastric Cancer Progression via Regulating miR-545/EMS1 Axis

<div>SBF2-AS1 depletion inhibits GC progression by regulating miR-545 axis. (a) The expression level of EMS1 was measured by qRT-PCR in SGC7901 cells transfected with si-NC, si-SBF2-AS1, si-SBF2-AS1+miR-545 inhibitor (anti-miR-545), or si-SBF2-AS1+EMS1.
