Decellularized Aortic Scaffold Alleviates H2O2-Induced Inflammation and Apoptosis in CD34+ Progenitor Cells While Driving Neovasculogenesis

Relative protein expression levels of inflammatory cytokines secreted by CD34+ progenitor cells in the presence of a decellularized aortic scaffold. Protein expression was evaluated using a protein chip analysis. In the absence of a decellularized aortic scaffold, the protein levels of inflammatory cytokines released from CD34+ progenitor cells exposed to 25 μmol/L H2O2 were used as control. Data are representative of 3 biological replicates.
