Surgical steps for lamellar keratoplasty combined with amniotic membrane transplantation. (a) The AM was placed flat on the perforation of the cornea. (b) The preserved corneal material was trimmed to a size approximately to the size of the ulcer and then sutured corneal graft over the AM with a 10-0 nylon suture.
