β-Sitosterol Alleviates Inflammatory Response via Inhibiting the Activation of ERK/p38 and NF-κB Pathways in LPS-Exposed BV2 Cells

The effect of BS on the activation of the NF-κB pathway. The cells were pretreated with BS for 2 h prior to the stimulation of LPS (100 ng/mL). After 2 h, the cell pellet was collected and extracted the total protein.
