RETRACTED: Platelet-Rich Plasma Combined with Alendronate Reduces Pain and Inflammation in Induced Osteoarthritis in Rats by Inhibiting the Nuclear Factor-Kappa B Signaling Pathway

<div>PRP combined with ALN inhibited the expression of inflammatory factors and improved cartilage matrix metabolism in osteoarthritis (OA) rats. The mRNA expression of IL-1<i>β</i> (a), IL-18 (b), TNF-<i>α</i> (c), Collagen II (d), and MMP-13 (e) in cartilage of rats was determined by qRT-PCR. <svg height="10.7395pt" id="M26"
