Effect of quercetin on cell survival of PC12 cells. Cells were grouped as follows: the control group (untreated), the model group (cells were treated with 20 μmol/L Aβ_25-35 for 24 h to establish the AD cell model), and the quercetin group (cells were pretreated with quercetin at 10, 20, 40, and 80 μmol/L for 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h, and then with 20 μmol/L Aβ_25-35 for 24 h).
