Levosimendan Protects against Doxorubicin-Induced Cardiotoxicity by Regulating the PTEN/Akt Pathway

<div>Levosimendan inhibited myocardial PTEN/Akt signaling in vivo. Western blotting and quantitative analysis of the PTEN/Akt pathway in cardiac tissue, including PTEN, P-Akt, and T-Akt protein level analysis.
