Overexpression of Sema4D exacerbated LPS-induced cell damage in ATDC5 cells. (a, b) The expression of Sema4D mRNA and protein in LPS-treated ATDC5 cells was measured after transfection with overexpression vectors of Sema4D. (c, d) Cell viability and apoptosis of ATDC5 cells were tested. (e) The content of IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α in culture medium of ATDC5 cells was measured through ELISA kits. ATDC5 cells were transfected with overexpression vectors of Sema4D (ov-Sema4D) or empty vectors (ov-NC) and cultured for 48 h. and versus the control group; # versus the LPS+ov-NC treatment group.
