PX-12 blunted the Dex-induced antiapoptotic effect against OGD/R injury in H9c2 cells. H9C2 cells were subjected to OGD/R with or without Dex treatment (1 μmol/L) or pretreatment with Trx1 (5 μmol/L) for 30 min.
