Separation of red deer germ cells. Germ cells were round and full in shape with a clear outline and uniform size, and the isolated Sertoli cells were irregular; most of them were polygonal and triangular. The cells were observed under the inversion fluorescence microscope (LeicaDMi8, Leica Microsystems, Wetzlar, Germany). Scale bars represent 100 μm.
