Prognostic Values of Baseline ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT in Patients with Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma

A 59-year-old female was diagnosed with PTCL-NOS. The baseline PET/CT image showed increased ¹⁸F-FDG uptake in the right cervical lymph node with low TLG (102.219) and TMTV (26.2 cm³). The last PET/CT after six cycles of R-CHOP therapy did not show hypermetabolic lesions. The patient was still alive after 50 months of follow-up.
