Screening of a Novel Upregulated lncRNA, A2M-AS1, That Promotes Invasion and Migration and Signifies Poor Prognosis in Breast Cancer

<div>A2M-AS1 promotes breast cancer cell invasion and migration. (a) Cell invasion and migration were detected in ZR-75-30/BT-549 cells knocked down for A2M-AS1 and in MDA-MB-231/Hs578T cells overexpressing A2M-AS1 via Transwell Matrigel invasion and migration assays. (b) Scratch wound-healing assays were used to measure cell migration in ZR-75-30/BT-549 cells knocked down for A2M-AS1 and in MDA-MB-231/Hs578T cells overexpressing A2M-AS1.
