The metabolic pathways of different metabolites from IO (inactive ovary cows) and E (estrus cows) groups are summarized. Compared with group E, the IO group showed a downward and upward adjustment. The pathways for differential metabolites come from the “Encyclopedia of Kyoto Genes and Genomes” database (http://www.kegg.jp) and MetaboAnalyst 3.0 web server (http://www.metaboanalyst.ca).
