The inhibitory effect of AP in the proliferation and viability of SW480 cells. (a) AP has inhibitory activity on the viability of SW480 cells in a concentration and time-dependent based on trypan blue assay. (b) The inhibitory effects of AP on metabolic activity was assessed by resazurin assay after indicated times with doses escalation of AP. The IC50 value was evaluated about approximately 18 μM after 24 h and 9 μM for 48 h treatment. All data were shown as of three independent experiments.
