Abrogation of PI3K/Akt/NF-κB signaling axis and downstream of antiapoptotic NF-κB target genes by AP. (a) The cytoplasmic protein was extracted after cell treatment with AP (10 μM) as a single agent or in combination with SP (400 nM), and Western blot assay was conducted using an Ab directed against NF-κB P65, PI3k, Akt, and β-actin. The data were repeated at least two independent experiments. The intensity of bands was analyzed by the ImageJ software. (b) mRNA expression of NF-κB antiapoptotic target genes was decreased by AP. GAPDH mRNA levels were used to normalized the levels of expression of all groups. All results were shown as a ().
