Reactive oxygen species formation is reduced following exposure to aprepitant. ROS formation was determined by DCFH-DA staining after administration of AP (10 μM) alone or in combination with SP (100 and 400 nM). This figure confirms the inhibition efficacy of AP on intracellular ROS formation in the SW480 cell line.
