Optic nerve crush model and different ways of administration. Use a noninvasive vascular clip to squeeze 1 mm behind the eyeball to create a rat ONC model. The prepared concentration of TPNS reagent was injected by intravitreal injection and intraperitoneal injection (different injection volumes).
