Sirt-1 Regulates Physiological Process and Exerts Protective Effects against Oxidative Stress

<div>Sirt-1 regulates p53’s transcriptional activity and its downstream gene. (a) After stable knockdown or overexpression of Sirt-1, FOXO and p53 levels were analyzed by performing western blot.
