Therapeutic Potential of RTA 404 in Human Brain Malignant Glioma Cell Lines via Cell Cycle Arrest via p21/AKT Signaling

RTA 404 regulated the gene expression (N-cadherin, E-cadherin, p21, p-AKT, AKT) in GBM8401 and U-87-MG cells. Cells were treated with RTA 404 for 24 h.
