Transcutaneous Carbon Dioxide Decreases Immunosuppressive Factors in Squamous Cell Carcinoma In Vivo

Transcutaneous CO2 treatment. The skin around the implanted tumour was covered with CO2 hydrogel and sealed with a polyethylene bag, through which 100% CO2 gas was administered. Treatment commenced 14 days after HSC-3 cell implantation and was performed twice a week for 2 weeks.
