The Effects of Combining Cancer Drugs with Compounds Isolated from <i>Combretum zeyheri</i> Sond. and <i>Combretum platypetalum</i> Welw. ex M.A. Lawson (Combretaceae) on the Viability of Jurkat T Cells and HL-60 Cells

<div>Shows the antiproliferative effects of CP 404 on Jurkat T cells after incubation for 72 hours. The percentage of cell viability was compared to cells with cell media only. The results are showing that as the concentration increases, there were statistical significance decreases in cell viability. Compound 1 had a GI<sub>50</sub> value of 3.98 <i>μ</i>g/ml.
