[Retracted] Cannabinoid WIN 55,212-2 Inhibits Human Glioma Cell Growth by Triggering ROS-Mediated Signal Pathways

<div>WIN inhibits migration and invasion of U251 cells. WIN dose-dependently inhibited U251 cell migration (a) and invasion (c). Quantitative analysis of cell migration (b) and invasion (d) of U251 cells. Cell migration was conducted in a 6-well plate by a wound-healing assay and observed at 0 h and 48 h. Cell invasion was conducted by Matrigel-procoated Transwell. Quantitative analysis of cell migration and invasion was conducted by manual calculating (% of control). All experiments were repeated three times.
