WIN inhibits VEGF-AKT/FAK signaling pathway in U251 cells. (a) WIN inhibited VEGF-AKT/FAK signaling pathway in a time-dependent manner in U251 cells. (b) ROS inhibition attenuated WIN-induced VEGF-AKT/FAK dysfunction in U251 cells. Cells were pretreated with GSH for 2 h and cotreated with 20 μM WIN for 48 h. Protein expression was detected by western blotting assay. All experiments were repeated three times.
