[Retracted] CD4-Targeted T Cells Rapidly Induce Remissions in Mice with T Cell Lymphoma

Figure 2

CD4-CAR-T cells increased survival of mice with T cell lymphoma. Mouse model with T cell lymphoma was established by subcutaneously (s.c.) injection with CD4+ T1301 tumor cells. 1 week after tumor cell inoculation, the mice were received treatment of CD4CART cells (CD4CART group), control T cells (T cell group), or PBS were intravenously (i.v.). (a) Tumor size of the treated mouse was viewed by fluorescence stereomicroscope. Representative photograph of one mouse in each group. (b) Quantitative analysis of tumor size in each group, , , vs. the CD4CART group. (c) Survival rate of mice in each group after treatment.
