Plasma Resolvin D2 to Leukotriene B<sub>4</sub> Ratio Is Reduced in Diabetic Patients with Ischemic Stroke and Related to Prognosis

<div>The association of RvD2/LTB<sub>4</sub> ratio with infarct volume, NIHSS score, and 90-day prognosis. (a) Ratios of plasma RvD2/LTB<sub>4</sub> were not different in the small, medium, and large infarct volume group. (b) Ratios of plasma RvD2/LTB<sub>4</sub> were not different in mild, moderate, and severe neurological deficit groups. (c) Ratios of plasma RvD2/LTB<sub>4</sub> in good prognosis were higher compared with that in the poor prognosis group.
