Purinergic Signaling Mediates PTH and Fluid Flow-Induced Osteoblast Proliferation

<div>ATP is involved in the synergistic responses of osteoblasts to PTH and oscillatory fluid flow. (a) ERK1/2 phosphorylation in response to ATP with or without PTH treatment for different times.
