GCTTS with high hemosiderin content. Coronal T1-weighted scan (a) shows a nodule at the base of the I finger. On axial T1 fat-sat image (b), an intense but slight inhomogeneous enhancement of the lesion can be seen. No blooming can be seen in these sequences.
