Real-time qPCR and Western blot analyses of the levels of PRMT5 and LILRB4 in 30 patients with AML-M5. The mRNA levels of (a) PRMT5 and (b) LILRB4 were detected by real-time qPCR in normal subjects, newly diagnosed patients, and recurrent ones.
