GRWD1-related gene enrichment analysis. (a) The interaction network of the 93 GRWD1-interacting proteins, which were consistent with experimental results from the BioGRID database. (b) Using the GEPIA2, we obtained the top 100 genes with a similar expression pattern to GRWD1 in different types of cancer in TCGA, and we analyzed the correlation between the expression level of GRWD1 and the expression levels of NUP62, CD3EAP, ZNF526, U2AF2, and PSME3.
