ADAM17 Mediates Hypoxia-Induced Keratinocyte Migration via the p38/MAPK Pathway

Hypoxia promoted keratinocyte migration. (a) HaCaT cells were subjected to scratch wounding with a micropipette tip (200 μl) and then incubated under normoxic condition (21% O2) or hypoxic condition (1% O2) (0, 6, 12, and 24 hours).
