Adipogenic and osteogenic differentiation potential. DPSCs showed their differentiation ability to develop adipocytes and osteocytes when induced under specific culturing conditions. Differentiated adipocytes showed higher expression for CEBP-α, PPAR-γ, and FABP4 markers. (b) Positive Alizarin red and von Kossa staining by differentiated osteocytes. Differentiated cells showed higher expression for osteocyte specific ON, BMP2, and RUNX2 markers.
