Elevated Circular RNA PVT1 Promotes Eutopic Endometrial Cell Proliferation and Invasion of Adenomyosis via miR-145/Talin1 Axis
Figure 2
Knockdown of circPVT1 repressed ADS eutopic endometrial epithelial and stromal cell proliferation and invasion. (a) Silencing efficiency of circPVT1 in Eu_EEC and Eu_ESC cells was determined using qRT-PCR after transfecting with circPVT1 sh-RNA (sh-circPVT1) or its negative control vector (sh-NC); the CNC group represented cells without any transfection. (b) Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay was performed to assess the effect of sh-circPVT1 on the cell proliferation. The histogram illustrated the cell viability of Eu_EEC and Eu_ESC determined by the CCK-8 assay at 96 hours posttransfection. (c) Effect of circPVT1 knockdown on the colony formation ability of Eu_EEC and Eu_ESC. (d) Effect of circPVT1 knockdown on the cell invasion capacity was examined by the transwell assay. The number of invasive cells was counted after 72 hours. At least triplicate independent experiments were performed. All data were presented as . , , , and ; NS: no significance.
