Cardiac Shock Wave Therapy Alleviates Hypoxia/Reoxygenation-Induced Myocardial Necroptosis by Modulating Autophagy

SWT relieved the blockade of autophagic flux induced by H/R injury. HL-1 cells were transfected tandem fluorescent LC3 puncta using the mRFP-GFP-LC3 adenovirus for 24 h prior to exposure to H/R and SWT. Cells were viewed and imaged with an inverted fluorescence microscope (scale bar: 100 μM). The transfection efficiency of tfLC3 was approximately 80-90% after 24 h.
