(e) Reactome enrichment analysis showed that the top three pathways in the turquoise module were labelled with “Extracellular matrix organization,” “ECM proteoglycans,” and “Collagen formation.” (f) A regulation network composing coexpression genes and protein-protein interaction (PPI) was constructed, and the key regulators in the EMT module were coloured with different colours according to the roles.</div>
