Anti-influenza A Virus Effects and Mechanisms of Emodin and Its Analogs via Regulating PPAR<i>α</i>/<i>γ</i>-AMPK-SIRT1 Pathway and Fatty Acid Metabolism

<div>Interference of PPAR<i>α</i>/<i>γ</i>-AMPK-SIRT1 pathway impaired the inhibition of emodin on IAV-induced production of inflammatory cytokines. A549 cells were infected and treated as mentioned in Figure <a href="../fig2/">2</a>. The levels of cytokines were determined by the ELISA assay.
