Effect of ginsenoside CK on the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9. A549 cells were treated with TGF-β, with or without 1.5 μg·mL^-1 or 3 μg·mL^-1 ginsenoside CK for 24 h, and (a) the protein expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 was determined by Western blotting.
