GPF treatment inhibits the proliferation and survival of NBM cells. SH-SY5Y cells were treated with indicated doses of GPF. (a) At 24 h posttreatment, the CCK-8 assay was conducted to evaluate the proliferation of SH-SY5Y cells. (b) At 10 days post-GPF treatment, SH-SY5Y cells were stained with crystal violet, and the number of cell colonies was calculated.
