Transfection with miR-489 inhibits the proliferation and survival of NBM cells. Either miR-489 or scramble miRNA was transfected into SH-SY5Y cells. (a) At 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h post-miR-489 transfection, the CCK-8 assay was conducted to evaluate SH-SY5Y proliferation. (b) At 10 days post-GPF treatment, SH-SY5Y cells were stained with crystal violet, and the number of cell colonies was calculated. (c) At 48 h after transfection, SH-SY5Y cells were treated with cisplatin (5 μM) or the vehicle for another 24 h, followed by an apoptosis assay. , .
