Wenhua Juanbi Recipe Attenuates Rheumatoid Arthritis via Inhibiting miRNA-146a-Mediated Autophagy
Figure 4
WJR treatment reduced the expression of miRNA-146a, autophagy-related mRNA, and proteins, increased the expression of the proapoptotic gene (Bax), and inhibited the expression of the inhibitory apoptotic gene (Bcl2) in synovial tissues, to a greater extent than that in the MTX group. The differences were statistically significant (): (a) expression of miRNA-146a, ATG5, ATG7, and ATG12 in the synovial tissues of each group; (b, c) expression of Beclin1, LC3II, Bax, and Bcl2. Compared with the normal group, ; compared with the CIA group, △; compared with the MTX group, #.
