Wenhua Juanbi Recipe Attenuates Rheumatoid Arthritis via Inhibiting miRNA-146a-Mediated Autophagy

<div>WJR treatment reduced the expression of miRNA-146a, autophagy-related mRNA, and proteins, increased the expression of the proapoptotic gene (Bax), and inhibited the expression of the inhibitory apoptotic gene (Bcl2) in synovial tissues, to a greater extent than that in the MTX group.
