(a) Negative control cells in culture medium without any treatment. (b) Positive control cells treated with H₂O₂ and cells treated with the different bioactive cements. (c) MTA-HP, the cells are observed with a reddish color which indicates penetration of the ethidium homodimer characteristic of cell death. (d) Neo-MTA and (e) MTA-Ang, the cells are observed with an intense green coloration typical of cell viability.
