Effect of LBE on proinflammatory gene expression levels in TNF-α/IFN-γ-stimulated HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were pretreated with 10, 30, and 60 μg/mL LBE for 1 h before stimulation. Cyclosporin A, an immune suppressor, was used as a positive control drug. Then, HaCaT cells were stimulated with TNF-α/IFN-γ for 6 h, and RNA was extracted from the cells using TRIzol reagent. The levels of proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines were measured by real-time quantitative PCR. compared with TNF-α/IFN-γ-stimulated group.
