Effect of LBE on intracellular signal transduction in TNF-α/IFN-γ-stimulated HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were pretreated with 10, 30, and 60 μg/mL LBE for 1 h before the stimulation. Then, HaCaT cells were stimulated with TNF-α/IFN-γ for 30 min, and whole proteins were extracted using Cell Signaling Technology total protein extraction reagent.
