Effect of scopoletin on proinflammatory gene expression levels in TNF-α/IFN-γ-stimulated HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were pretreated with 5, 10, and 50 μM scopoletin for 1 h before the stimulation. Then, HaCaT cells were stimulated with TNF-α/IFN-γ for various time points, and RNA was extracted from the cells using TRIzol reagent. The levels of proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines were measured by real-time quantitative PCR. compared with TNF-α/IFN-γ-stimulated group.
