Effect of scopoletin on proinflammatory cytokine secretion in TNF-α/IFN-γ-stimulated HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were pretreated with 5, 10, and 50 μM scopoletin for 1 h before the stimulation. Then, HaCaT cells were stimulated with TNF-α/IFN-γ for 24 h, and the supernatant was collected. The levels of secreted proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines were measured by ELISA. compared with TNF-α/IFN-γ-stimulated group.
