Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Phlebia sp. Extract in Lipopolysaccharide-Stimulated RAW 264.7 Macrophages

Confirmation of viability and NO inhibition effect of PSE in RAW264.7 macrophages. The cells were treated with different concentration of PSE for 24H and the viability measured by cell counting kit-8 assay (a). The cells were pretreated with 1 μg/mL LPS for 1 h and subsequently treated with 1-50 μg/mL PSE for 24 h. The concentration of nitric oxide in the culture medium was measured by using the Griess reaction (b). value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant by Duncan’s test.
