(b) Ma breast dataset of Oncomine indicated that Ajuba was higher in ductal breast carcinoma in situ compared with normal breast tissue. (c) Karnoub breast dataset indicated that Ajuba level in invasive ductal breast carcinoma was high than that in normal breast. (d) TCGA dataset showed that Ajuba mRNA was higher in mixed lobular and ductal carcinoma compared to normal breast tissues. .
