Ajuba Overexpression Promotes Breast Cancer Chemoresistance and Glucose Uptake through TAZ-GLUT3/Survivin Pathway

<div>Ajuba expression and transfection efficiency in breast cancer cell lines. (a) Western blot was performed in a panel of breast cancer cell lines. The results showed that Ajuba protein was lower in MCF-10A cell line. Ajuba expression was higher in breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7, MDA-MB-468, BT474, BT549, T47D, and SK-BR-3), especially in triple-negative cell lines MDA-MB-468 and BT549.
