Three DEcircRNAs and their expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from T1DM patients in GEO datasets. The expression levels of hsa_circ_0000324, hsa_circ_0001853, and hsa_circ_0068797 were significantly upregulated in PBMCs from T1DM patients compared with healthy controls ( values < 0.05), as determined by RNA-seq.
